We all need someone to talk to, someone who will listen to and accept what we say. Someone who will hear our side of the story without criticizing or questioning it. This very simple act of sharing can enable you, very often, to sort out for yourself, in your own mind how it is you want to resolve a problem. However, we usually find that the reasons we behave in certain ways is due to our underlying belief system, which we carry in our sub-conscious. If you have ever thought, 'no matter what I try to do or how I try to change things, I always end up coming back to the same basic problem', this is what I am referring to. I am using a relatively new technique called PSYCH-KTM which enables us to firstly discover what these beliefs are and then change them.

PSYCH-KTM is a very exciting way of working. It uses kinesiology to test the validity of a belief and re-define it if it is inappropriate. If for example you are trying to make a success of your life but your underlying belief is that you are worthless, you will never succeed, no matter what you try. PSYCH-KTM uses brain-dominance theory to establish what the current belief system is and then uses whole-brain integration techniques to change these. Click on the link above to read more about it.
